🛠️ How to Apply Your Custom Label
The Best Bottles: Choose a bottle with straight sides and a smooth surface. Pro-Tip: Most standard wine, champagne, and spirit bottles work great!
• Step 1: Prep the Surface
Gently remove the original paper label. Soaking the bottle in warm, soapy water for 5-10 minutes usually makes it peel right off. Use a plastic scraper or a little rubbing alcohol to remove any sticky residue. The cleaner the bottle, the better the bond!
• Step 2: Peel & Place
Peel your new custom label from its backing. Hold it taut and center it visually on the bottle. Don't rush!
• Step 3: Smooth It Out
Start pressing the label down from the center outward. This pushes out any air bubbles. Use the side of your hand or a credit card (gently!) to ensure the edges are fully sealed.

I apply a proprietary crackle finish that leaves a palpable texture which also filters the light for a soft, subtle glow. Battery operated, no heat generated or electric needed.
Batteries (included) are easy to replace. The back of the cork has a small 'door'. Flip it open & replace.
Seller of the fairy lights claim that they last for 48-72 hours. My experience, it is beneficial to turn them off in between uses. Also, when they are on for several hours at a time, turn them off for a few minutes to let them rest. When you turn them back on, they will be brighter again.
NOT WATERPROOF:
Contact with moisture can damage the lights, batteries, the coating on the glass &/or the logo. The bottle can be wiped off with a damp cloth. No cleaning products.
Batteries are inside the cork at the top of the light and has an on/off switch.

Shipping upgrades will speed up either how fast I make your order, or how fast USPS ships it, whichever gets it to you quicker. I'll make the decision based on my experience.
For overnight or express shipping, PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST. Fees will be calculated based on the current USPS rates. You will be charged the exact amount quoted by the postal service for your selected shipping method.

It depends.
I produce the lights individually (made-to-order). No two are the same. They can usually ship within 5 business days and I am not responsible for any USPS delays.
A custom order will vary based on the time it takes to acquire the media for your light (or receive the one you’d like me to use). It then takes 3- 5 days to produce. I will be in close communication with you throughout the process.
Inquire & I can give you an estimate within a 1-2 day window for your lights to arrive (assuming no USPS delays).
REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGED ITEM:
In the rare occasion that the item is damaged during shipping:
USPS is unfortunately VERY particular about claims.
KEEP EVERYTHING!!
NO REFUND WITHOUT following these instructions:
1. Contact me ASAP
2. I will process a return of the damaged item to me so that I can file the claim with USPS.
3. If any visible damage on the outside of the shipping box, they’ll need pics of that.
Once your return label has been scanned at the post office, I'll get a replacement light out to you as soon as it is logistically possible - my time to make it & USPS to ship it.
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours otherwise I have begun making it & using products therefore, NO CANCELLATIONS after 24 hours.
